Can't redeem Birthday Gift

Hi, I'm attempting to add my birthday gift to my basket to checkout as the item I wanted was sold out and I was waiting for it to get back in stock. After realizing it was going to be out of stock for awhile I'd decided to go with a different gift but now the Add To Basket button is greyed out. Please help as I was hoping to redeem my gift today with my purchase. Thank you!
