Can't post a review

I tried posting a review several days ago which seemed to go through but it is not showing up anywhere or showing in my profile that I made the review. So I've been trying to submit it again and getting an error message. I tried it through the app and the website. I logged out and back in and still getting the error message. I need to submit a review for Influenster. Any help is greatly appreciated!
