Can’t post a review error messages

Hi I’m having issues posting a review for the Shiseido Synchro Skin Self-Refreshing Foundation. I keep getting these Error messages, “ we’re sorry your review can be posted at this time. Please try again later.” And “ Error: The operation couldn’t be completed. ObjectMapper Failed to serialize response. “ I have been trying to post a review for over an hour. Any suggestions? Thank you.4C7B7854-C228-4A3A-B561-48EA6AF16955.png##

I'm sorry for the issues you're experiencing! I recommend making sure the app is fully up-to-date. If you're still not able to submit the review on the app, please try a desktop. Thank you!

It’s still not working. I tried from different phones, computers and even the suggested mobile site by a different MOD. I can write reviews on other products without issue except the Shiseido Synchro Skin Self-Refreshing Foundation. This is becoming very frustrating as I’ve done everything I can do on my end. Can Sephora check their end of things? Thank you.

Hi, Everything is already up to date. It doesn’t work on my computer either. I’m able to leave reviews on other products (both app & desktop) except for that specific Product. It seems it’s a system error from the Sephora site. I don’t know what else to do. I really need to get this review posted. If you have any other suggestions I’d appreciate it. I even tried posting on both products as I see there’s two of the same you can click on. (One with hundreds ofreviews & one that only has a handful) Thank you.
