Can't log into account, chat is no help, so many bugs with this website

Hi, I'm on Chrome, and it keeps logging me out and not allowing me to log in. The only thing that works is deleting the cache and cookies, only then will it log in once doing that.... but this is super annoying as it logs me out of every website, and only lasts a week or two before it won't log me back in again. Chat was no help, except telling me just to use the app and saying tech support would contact me in 5 days but never did. So many bugs with this website.
