Can't log in by any means...

Well, this is a throwaway account because I can't log in to mine.

 

I recently went to Sephora to the first time and gave them my email in-store. When I try signing up for an Insider account on the website with this email, it gives me the error message "Store user update needs to have the same email. It cannot be changed as a part of creation".

 

I don't understand what this means, since there's no entry field on this page to even change your email if I wanted to. Clearing my browser cookies doesn't help with this, either.

Okay, resetting my password with customer service worked. This is solved.

I'm sorry to hear this! If you're on a desktop site and logged in, please click > Hi___ > Account. When you click Account, it should take you to your Account Information. From there, it says: Name, Email, and Password. Where your email pops up, there should be a blue Edit button. By clicking the Edit button, you can change/edit your registered email address. Please feel free to send me a private message if you need me to send you an email link to reset your password. 🙂
