Can’t check out in Sephora app

hi there,

the app doesn’t let me buy anything. I’m trying to check out, but it says that there’s something wrong with the shipping address and also with the card, I can’t click on the payments in the cart. I go to my payment methods in my account, add the PIN from my card, still the same. I also deleted the card and added it again. I also updated the app. When it still didn’t work, I deleted the app completely from my phone, downloaded it again, but there’s the same problem. Please help me resolve this

Hi

The  fix was temporary.  I was told to change shipping to Canada (I'm in us) and change it back. Then I was able to check out.  It's back to the same restrictions shipping error.  Can't you fix the app?

Me too! The app has been glitchy but now it won't let me check out at all.  I dm-d via IG but no resolution.  I get this no matter what-even with things I bought before.  IT needs to get it together.  Thx
