Can’t change store

Does anyone know how to change your selected store? Mine is placed 6 hours away from where I live and there is no option to change my store.

Does anyone know whey I can't choose my Sephora store near my location? It has circle with a red line?

My apologies! That means this particular store location is not available for the Buy Online, Pick Up In Store option at this time. You would need to choose a store where this option shows as available, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Are you referring to the Buy Online, Pick Up In Store option? If so, you should be able to click the "Buy Online & Pick Up" section on the product page then enter your zip/postal code to pull up stores near you. If you need any further assistance, please let us know!

Hi, I'm also having this problem. I am unable to change pickup stores. One is selected and the rest show a red circle with a line through it when I hover my cursor over them.

Yeah, I can’t change my store either so when it says you’re selected store, it’s like six hours away or something or in a different state. Mine is in Maryland when I live in Ohio so
