Canโ€™t add to basket

Hello.

 

I canโ€™t seem to add any items to my basket - the add to basket button is greyed out.

 

Iโ€™ve deleted the app, redownloaded, restarted my phone, etc., nothing has worked.

Good morning.

I was able to turn on private messaging by using the web version and not the actual Sephora app.

 

it looks like I can add any product products to to the basket now using the web version only and the error  is with the actual app itself.

I have attached a picture of the issue from the app on my cell phone.
