Can’t add my shipping address

Sephora is not allowing me to put my home address, it keeps forcing me to use a fedex pickup location. That’s weird because they have delivered to this/my address before. Anyone having similar issue and was able to resolve it?

My apologies, I recommend removing the address from your Saved Addresses and adding it again, then check if you're able to select it at checkout. If that doesn't work, please call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) or chat here > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/contact-us for assistance with placing your order. You may need to keep the chat page open for a few minutes until the next agent becomes available.
