Can't Redeem mascara certificate

I have a mascara full size certificate coupon but I can't figure out how to redeem it online. I've tried all ways possible but nothing works. Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having! Sometimes the number 1 can be mistaken for a capital letter I in the code. Please try switching the two to see if this works.
