Can’t Redeem Birthday Gift

My birthday is early January. I have over $25 in my cart and I can’t add any of the birthday gifts to my cart. The buttons are all greyed out.

Hi @RhiannoNicole I see that you already redeemed your 2023 birthday gift in January. Please note, you will only be able to redeem one gift per calendar year. You'll be able to redeem your 2024 gift in January!

That’s a bummer for January birthdays. Everyone else can select a gift “two weeks before or after our birthday.” Oh well I don’t need it anyway. 😞
