Can't Log In

I've been having trouble logging into my account the last couple of days. When I try to log in this message appears: There is an error with your email and/or password. Passwords are 6 to 12 characters long. Please try again or click "Forgot Password?". I've tried to reset my password but I still get the same alert. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

My wife has been having the same issue and has called customer service 3 times but hasnt gotten it fixed. so now i am trying to help her out and figure this out. she literally buys most of her beauty stuff for sephora but has her color iq or something like that on her account and doesnt know it by memory. so she needs access to her account but no one on customer service can figure it out! what did they tell you to do to fix it?
