Can’t Find Package

Hi Customer support it’s been almost a week. I haven’t receive my package but the status is delivered. Can’t seem to contact sephora as well. Checked the mail room and asked around, but no luck. Getting worried. What should I do? Has something similar happened? Did sephora help?
