Can't Choose Birthday Gift

Hi! My birthday is this month, and I'm unable to choose any birthday gift. It just says SKU not available for purchase. Any help?

I'm sorry for the trouble! It looks like the Amika gift and the 250 point gift are still available. Please try adding the gift to your basket from the Rewards Bazaar or from your Beauty Insider Summary page.

No luck for either, it actually doesn't even show me the option for any birthday rewards. I'm unsure if that's correct?
