Can't Cancel Order

okay, so i placed an order for 2 sol de janeiros last night right? now, i had bought 3 things from amazon the same night, and had under the amount of money for my order (it's literally sol de janerio  so ofc it is expensive) and i can't return it. i love sephora, but honestly the fact i have to PAY to return stuff, or go to a store, when i can't cancel my order??? i expect ya know, the option to... cancel my order? this happens with amazon and they give you a refund and cancel the order, even if it's shipped/out for delivery. honestly, i might just stop using sephora bc of this, im mad bc i have to cancel my amazon order that is IMPORTANT, bc i can't pay for it due to this. get better sephora, i expect more from a company who has over 100 million customers.
