Can't Cancel Order

I just placed an order and Sephora used my last saved address as the shipping address instead of the one I typed in, I realized this once I got the confirmation email. I went to change the address and I saw online it wasn't possible. Then I went to cancel the order and saw that "orders can be cancelled up to an hour after being placed". I went to my order details place where the cancellation option should be and the option wasn't there. It also wasn't in my confirmation email or in my tracking info. It's only been 30 minutes since I placed it, and yet there's no option for me to cancel my order anywhere. I cannot reach out to customer service because there are no representatives at this hour.

 

Not sure what to do - it's either going to charge me for cancelling or it's going to be too late for me to do anything and it'll ship to the wrong address. 

 

I don't understand why I can't modify my address or at least cancel the order when I just placed it half an hour ago.

@Gabrielledavis2 I'm sorry we're not able to modify an order once it has been placed and that you didn't have the option to cancel the order. I will send you a PM to further assist!
