Can someone please help?!

I am seriously about to lose my mind... and I do not get angry very easily. I have now had around 7 or more orders where my point perks are takenout. And most of these orders have only been made because I am trying to redeem points (if this didn't happen I would have only had 2 or 3 orders). Everytime though, they take them out and I have to keep trying and keep buying crap I don't need. My other problems. One order was missing an item, Sephora has been no help. I made an order and my card was charged but the order just magically disappeared, Sephora was no help. A year ago I returned something (the one and only time I have) I bought with my debit card, the cashier for some reason couldn't put it back on my card so I said a gift card was fine. I found out a month later when I tried to use it that it was empty.. she never actually put the money on.. Sephora still has not fixed this. Why??! EDIT: This justhappened again.. 3 point perks were taken out of my order. Seriously why can't I redeem points????! And these items I've been trying to get are still in stock right now/have been this whole time!
