Can someone explain when you reach VIB?

Currently I am not nor have I ever been VIB or rouge, but I know I am going to hit VIB this year. My question is: as soon as I spend $350, am I VIB for the rest of 2023 or am I not VIB until 2024? Thanks!

@pinkbowbunny If you achieve VIB status in 2023, your account will be upgraded within 24 hours and you will be VIB through 12/31/24.
