Can not modify an order within 5 hours I placed it?

I posted an order around 5AM EST today, and realized I forgot to add the 20% off code. However when I call Sephora Support 10AM within the same day, I've been informed I cannot change my order and I've been advised to reorder and return my first order.

By searching in the community I realized I'm not the only who had this kind of experience and it's such an inconvenience. It'd be great if this can be changed soon.

Hi there @Rpppppppppp. Are you referring to the Holiday Bonus promo? The code can be used multiple times if you forgot to apply it today.
