Can not check out

I can't seem to checkout the website is glitchy lately. The other day I couldn't check out with paypal. It kept trying to sign me up for a new account when I have an account for years. I only had this issue with the paypal pop up on Sephora. Had no issues logging in anywhere else. Today I try to view basket and checkout and when I get to the basket page nothing is there. I have already cleared my cache, tried a different browser, tried a different computer. Does not work.
