What is wrong with Sephora checkouts?!

For well over a month, I've been trying to use the app and getting a myriad of error messages that seem to baffle CSRs.

Using the browser, I STILL get daft error messages. Today's was that I couldn't use PayPal for subscription orders, even though I don't have and didn't select a subscription. 
Been VIB rouge since the program started, but am really considering shopping elsewhere at this rate. 
Sephora, please fix your checkout issues.
