Can anyone help me cancel my order?

 I just placed an order but I used the wrong promote code, I found that there's another code that offers a sample of perfume that I've wanted to try out since it launched soon after I placed my order. Can anyone please help me cancel my order (so I can use the right code) or help me change the promo code? I called one of the customer service but the staff can't tell me in which stage I could cancel my order...
