Can Someone Explain the Experience Levels within the Communities? (i.e. Rookie, Boss, etc.)

Is there a place that lists the various levels within the community and how to achieve them? I've seen Rookie, Boss, etc. and have no idea what they represent. Would love to know. Thanks!
