Can ROUGE members use VIBBONUS code ?

I’d like to order a few things but the code doesn’t seem work for me because I’m rouge. Help!

The same thing happened to me. Unfortunately because we were allowed to shop the first 2 weeks ends , we can’t shop during the VIB weekend. When an employee told me I could on the third weekend as well even though I’m rouge. Sephora is losing so much money by not letting us shop during this sale as well. I’m so annoyed.
