Can I return my online purchase if I used Klarna?

I bought  dyson on November 15th during the 20% discount for rouge members. Unfortunately due to the Canada post strike, I just received it today. It is supposed to be a present for mom, but since I didn’t receive it on time I had to purchase a different gift in store.

i would like to return my online purchase, however I used klarna as payment method. How do I go about the return? can I go in store to return?

Please visit the return policy page and navigate to the section titled, "Sephora.ca Purchases." Then please scroll down to the 2nd table, which says ♦ Returns in Store (not to be confused with the 1st table, which says ♦ Returns by mail).

I recommend inquiring with the store directly with any questions about their return process.

@msquaredcb2023 Sephora employee here. I would call your local store and ask. 

I am in the US and have seen clients come in and made a return using Klarna. We have to refund the payment that was used. Then the client has to deal with Klarna directly regarding the refund after it is processed.
