Can I return eye serum without the packaging?

I bought Grande Eye Lashes Serum. I dump the packaging few days ago, but I can’t and don’t use the serum. It burns where I put the serum and my eyes turns red, a bit itchy and watery. Reading the product review, apparently many customer experiencing the same thing. Can I return this serum without the packaging? Thank you in advance!

I am very sorry for the trouble and that this item is not working out! We can accept new or gently used products for return with proof of purchase, and within our return policy time frames. You do not need to have the original product packaging to return the item.
