Can I pay using PayPal with my international CC does Sephora accept that order

I have a International CC but I have a US Shipment address is it possible for me to pay using PayPal in the same CC or directly using the CC to my US Shipment address ?  Or is there any other way

The billing address entered on your order must match with the information your financial institution has. Shipping addresses must also be based in the United States, Canada, South Korea, Japan or Norway. Please check back with us as we are frequently expanding our shipping locations.
