Can I cancel an order in Progress?

Could I cancel an order that is in progress and then redo it with the perfume sample added? The perfume sample was left off my order.

@summerivy, I received your message, but I'm unable to respond as your messages are turned off. I'm sorry this sample was not added to the order. Although we're unable to make any modifications once an order has been placed. I've added 25 points to your account in place of the sample. You may need to sign out and sign back in to see this update reflected. Thank you!

@summerivy, I'm sorry that we're unable to manually cancel an order once it's been sent to our warehouse. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number, I'll look into this.

@summerivy You can only cancel it within a hour of placing your order.
