Can I Get a Mods Advice?

I'm not really sure what to do about this, so I thought I would reach out to you lovely ladies.  I submitted an email via the online customer service form because I really wanted to compliment a Sephora associate that helped me over the phone.  She was really awesome and I thought she deserved to be recognized for that.  I received an email back stating the following:

 
"It is very disheartening to hear that you have experienced bad client service. I want to personally apologize on the behalf of our Cast Members.
 
Your feedback is greatly appreciated and has been duly noted. We take great pride ensuring we provide the best customer service. 
 
Your email has been forwarded to the appropriate contact within the Sephora stores organization. They will do their best to address your concerns and will respond accordingly. Please allow 5-7 business days for a response so that the matter can be fully researched.
 
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
 
I appreciate the time you've shared with me today and again, want to thank you for being a valued Rouge client."

I was shocked.  I complimented her, not complained about her and now I am concerned that she's going to get in trouble.  How should I proceed?  Should I call the store directly and speak with the manager?  Also, is the online form even viewed by actual people?  How could they possibly have thought I was complaining about her?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
