COVID in store exchange/return

Hello! 

 

I received two of the same item for Christmas. I don't like the product, so I would like to return both for store credit or exchange for something else. Since the stores are all closed due to lockdown, how can I exchange my items?

@brittalex If the items were purchased in store and your local stores are closed, the return period will be extended to 30 days from the time the store reopens. If it was purchased online, we can assist with mailing it back for a credit.

one was purchased online, and one in store. Can you help me with returning the one purchased online?
