COVID=Expired Points

3000+ point gone just like that! How was I supposed to do something as simple as redeem a birthday gift during shut downs? I also didn't need to wear any make-up since I was working from home. Really messed up how Sephora used this opportunity to wipe out everyone's points 😞

I just realized I lost over 1000 points for the same reason. Will definitely take my business somewhere else.

Hi @DrQuinones,

 

For all clients, points will only expire if the account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active you must make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift, or a gift card within a year. I'll take a look further and I'll send you a message.
