COVID Customer Support, please just cancel my order

I placed an order almost two weeks ago and once I ordered was when I was let know that my products were to be delivered in a month! I checked my order's progress to see if I could cancel my order and since it says "in progress" it looks like there's nothing I can do about it? I haven't gotten charged for the order and it says my items are now out of stock, I just want to cancel the order. I tried calling but got left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I just don't want the order to go through anymore HELPPPP
