So is anyone else’s store prohibiting customers from lowering their mask to smell fragrances? An employee told me to keep my mask on and when I asked her how I’m supposed to smell fragrances with my mask on she suggested spraying a card. I said “I still have to lower my mask to smell it”. Are stores requiring customers to leave the store, take off the mask to smell the fragrance on the card, and then re-enter the store? This is stupid! If restaurants allow patrons to remove their mask while eating, why can’t Sephora allow mask removing for smelling fragrances? I’ll give my money to someone else.
