COMENITY BANK TERRIBLE

Just closed my account with Comenity Bank Sephora.  THE WORST. can't log in, cannot register, cannot use portal.  I pay late every month unless I can CALL IN to pay my PAPERLESS BILL.  Card took months to get to me so I never had a card number to use.  Had to use my ss # which feels unsafe.  No link to pay bill through SEPHORA, what the heck is that?!  Never again.  you could give me 100x the points. no way.
