CHARGED TWICE?!?!?!?!

In all my years of shopping at Sephora, I have never had this happen. I was charged when I purchased my products and now I'm being charged again when my order is already here?! What the heck is going on?! These are hard times and people don't have the extra money laying around to have a double charge show up! I am so beyond angry right now. This is unacceptable.

100 percent agree! Same thing happened to me. I was told I’ll have to wait 3-5 business days for the extra amount to drop off my account like Sephora holding my funds is no big deal. If I had known twice the amount would be taken out of my account, I wouldn’t have bothered.

Sorry for any confusion! When you place an order, the initial authorization will drop from your account in 1-7 business days and the order will be charged to your account once it ships. I hope that this helps.
