CHARGED TWICE while my order is not placed

I ordered 3 Sephora items today with a charge of 56$ CAD. I checked my bank account and it showed that Sephora had charged me twice. When I checked the Sephora account order placement, it said there was no recent order. Also, I didn't receive any bill confirmed via my email. What's wrong with my order? I'd love to have money back or at least have my order placed properly with my charge.
