CHARGED 3 TIMES

Hey, I was charged 3 times for my order when i only ordered once. My total was only supposed to be $57.38, however it brought my total to $172.14... please fix asap!

Hi Joycee,

I understand your concern regarding the pending authorization on your account. The additional transaction amounts from Sephora.com that you see on your credit card or debit account are temporary authorizations from failed order attempts. Your financial institution will release these funds back into your account within 1 to 7 business days for US accounts, but may take up to one billing cycle for international accounts. You will not be charged for these attempts.

I’ve also received 3 charges for larger amounts and feel that this is poor business practice. Additionally, I did not receive the samples I picked out in my order as well. Not the hugest deal since those were free, but those little perks could have slightly helped this garbage financial situation you’ve put us in.

Seeing those charges for a week on our cards adds unnecessary stress and a limit to our funds. I’ll no longer be shopping with Sephora for this reason.

Hey there, the same has happened to me. It’s really impeding on my finances this week, would love to get it resolved asap.
