CASHSTAR worthless. LOOK AT ALL THESE COMPLAINTS and do something about it!

Please, this is hurting your brand, and pissibg off customers-- there have been complaints for months that cash star does not work, is taking money and not refunding it nor providing gift cards.  Your brand is really going to suffer as much as all the customers you've pissed off.
