CANT USE FRAGRANCE20 code

  I'm having a very odd issue, where every time I go to apply the FRAGRANCE20 code, it tells me that I have to be logged into a Beauty Insider account to use it...only I already am. This is on different computers, too. I've tried a number of different products in case some were excluded from the promotion, but nothing has worked. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

@bnelli, I'm sorry to hear this! I'm happy to help. Please keep in mind this promo is only valid on full-size fragrances, size 1oz or larger. The other exclusions are: Sets, home, travel size/rollerballs, Chanel fragrances, and Rare Beauty, Salt & Stone, Sol De Janeiro, Moroccan Oil, and Ouai body mists.
