CANCLE MY ORDER - PLEASE HELP

i called support within 1 minute of placing the order and seeing an error in my address. Their response "We cant do anything on our end. You just have to let it ship and then call us and we will reship it to you" and i said well this is a $500 order, i am a rouge member with a sephora credit card thats really all you can do. She said yes. When i asked for this information in writing she said there was no way for her to do that. 

So completely not ok for the business to not enable their help center to actually help people.
