Well that sucks! I just got my VIB welcome kit a few days ago, and it says they are only good for something like 30 days after qualification. I'm assuming this time starts once you've added the welcome kit to a purchase. Could it possible be later? Though you would think it would say that instead. Earlier this year I had a couple of issues with things while ordering and I had to call customer support. That was annoying, but the two people I spoke to were awesome and had the order placed correctly very quickly.
