Buy online, Pick up in store

I placed an order today around 5pm. and it was to pick up in store. It said that the order will be ready for pickup from the mall in 1-2 hours. Over 2 hours pass by at it still said the order was processing. This mall also closes at 8pm. 

I’m not sure what happened, as i’ve done this multiple times before and it has always been ready within the 2 hour time frame.

Hi! I have a similar question - I placed an order for pick-up last night around closing time and thought it would be ready after the store opened today, but its almost 2PM and the order still says «processing». When will it be ready latest / what should I do?

Same just happened to me. I placed my order around 5 pm and my order wasn’t ready till the next day. When I picked up my order. I asked why I was getting my order the next and the rep couldn’t answer my question. This will be my first and last order. I’m so disappointed

Hi @Grace209 Typically, the order will be ready within four hours. However, if you ordered within four hours of the store closure time, your order will typically be ready the next morning after store opening.
