Buy Online, Pick Up In Store

Starting off by saying this is not a complaint, I am just merely posting this having seen several others posting about this as well and hoping that the more requests for this option for customers will make it eventually happen! Let me start off by saying I love Sephora and so many of the products offered in stores and online. I do, however, tend to end up ordering more often through Ulta simply due to the fact that they do now offer the buy online and pick up in store option. Especially when I run out of a product like foundation and need it as soon as possible. There are so many products that are exclusive to Sephora that I would love to be able to have this ability to order and pick-up. This option is widely offered through so many companies now and it is so convenient for busy shoppers and if anything I would think would greatly benefit sales! Like I said, no complaints here, I am just hoping to add to the requests for this option and hopefully sometime soon we will see this happen!

@nksfitness, I completely agree! @keelybt, letting customers quickly pick up online orders will help keep customers/staff safe during COVID. It's also a super convenient service feature that many companies have already adopted and many customers are wanting (as noted).
