Bum bum cream birthday gift

Hi! I just wanted to see if this is how the birthday gift cream usually comes like. It looks only about half full and kind of used. If this is normal then no big deal, just wanted to make sure I didn’t get a used one. Thanks

Bum bum cream birthday gift

That looks used to me. I would ask for a replacement and send customer support the same pic.
