Broken product

Hello, my Natasha Denona came broken, i ordered it online and as soon as i opened it it was damaged.

hello, the customer service chat appears unavailable, and i can't use the phone number provided. I've sent emails with the details but essentially: my Natasha Denona Hy-Glam Concealer arrived damaged, with the product itself being broken upon arrival. As a loyal Sephora customer, I am disappointed with this experience and would like to request a refund for this item. I am happy to provide any additional details or photos as needed to verify the condition of the product.
