Broken perfume

I ordered a perfume and once again, the perfume is broken. I do understand that circumstances could happen and it is not entirely Sephora's fault. But this is not the 1st time I am receiving a broken perfume. It did not only come in broken, it gave me a cut on my finger which got me in a serious situation. I have contacted customer service chat and after chatting and explaining to the agent, I was only told that I would have to email customer service because she could not do anything about it. TIme wasted.
