Broken palette replacement?

I received my Huda Obsessions smoky palette and at least one of the shadows was complete shattered everywhere. Is it possible to get a replacement?! How do I go about doing that if I ordered online? I can include pictures if I need to! I've just never had anything arrive broken (in almost 5 years of ordering!). Thanks so much!!
