Broken items and replacements

Is anyone else having a problem with this? My Natasha Denona palettearrived broken and the new one they sent me as a replacement that I just opened is even more broken and mangled than the first! So upsetting! *issue has been resolved

Hey there, I just got my ND palette in the mail and it was damaged also.  I called customer service and they are sending me a replacement so I am keeping my finger crossed that it will arrive in one piece.  Too bad they don’t label it with fragile or sensitive sticker so the delivery companies will know to handle fragile items with care.

My replacement is a dud for sure..so disappointed ...what a waste of money.

I had the same exact problem with my ND palette arriving broken. I thought it was a fluke at first. However, when I reorder the same palette several times. I knew the shipping was not being careful with the order at all. I even tried calling the VIB concierge to send a request to check the palette and bubble wrap it. Unfortunately, the shipping service will not fulfill the request. So, I don't know what to do if I keep receiving the same broken palette....

Hi @BellaLori + @mintbunny. So sorry about your items arriving damaged. We do try to ensure items are properly packed, but some items become damaged in delivery. If you need additional assistance, please send me a message.
