Broken eyebrow pencil! Help!

I just bought my Anastasia brow wiz 2 weeks ago and hardly used it like 2-3 times and the spooly side, which you use to brush your hair, it broke! I didnt even apply any kind of pressure, it just separated like it was pretty weak already. I don't know if sephora can exchange me with a new one but any leads on what i can do? as it was almost new and cant buy another brow pencil. I have the e receipt.
