Broken bottle

I set down my brand new caudalie essence, and (not joking) it just shattered in my hand. And all the product went down the sink with my tears while the top half of the bottle is still in my hand. What can I do?!? Is there anyway I can get a replacement? I had a faulty glass or it had already been dropped and the glass crack was on its last limb. I don’t know but this was so expensive 😭
